In a latest update Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has made an important announcement on 26 May 2021 that it will commence its examination for Intermediate, Final and PQC examination from 5th of July 2021. But the details of the scheduled examinations have not been announced so far. The notification states that the detailed scheduled/notifications for the said examinations will be announced shortly.
The notification is in continuation of the announcement made on 27th April, 2021. The exams were earlier scheduled to be held from 21st and 22nd of May but in view of the situation created by the Pandemic the exams were deferred by the ICAI. Now as per the new notification the exams are rescheduled to begin from 5th of July 2021.
As per the notification “The Chartered Accountants Intermediate (IPC) [Under Old Scheme], Intermediate {Under New Scheme}, Final [Under Old & New Scheme] and Post Qualification Course, viz., Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) Technical Examination and International Taxation– Assessment Test (INTT – AT) of May 2021 Examinations shall now commence from Monday, 5th July, 2021 across the globe”.
